Credit card details are to be provided for confirmation of your booking. These details will be securely stored and will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy or in the event of a no-show. Payment for your stay will be will be taken on arrival.
2. Cancellations
We understand that plans may change and we aim to accommodate our guests to the best f our ability. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 14 days prior to your arrival to avoid any cancellation fees. For cancelations within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date, the full amount of your booking will be charged to the credit card provided during the reservation process. We recognise that unforeseen situations can arise, and we are willing to consider special circumstances on a case-by-case basis. If you believe that you have extenuating circumstances that prevent you from honouring your reservations, please contact us at Melaleuca Resort as soon as possible.
